We currently ship only within the fifty (50) United States.
We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Orders are generally processed within two (2) business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once an order ships, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate before submitting an order. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, or circumstances Beyond our control.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.
Water Script is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, incorrect addresses provided by customers, carrier errors, weather-related delays, or other circumstances Beyond our control.
To maintain product quality, integrity, and safety standards, all sales are final.
We do not accept:

Water Script shall not be responsible for product degradation, contamination, damage, or diminished performance resulting from improper storage, handling, or use after delivery.

Nothing in this section prevents Water Script from seeking injunctive relief or equitable remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
If this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
